Cora-Larni Enterprise
Cora-Larni Enterprise is more than a business — it’s a legacy in the making.
Founded by Mellie-Jane, a proud Ngarluma and Wongi woman from the Pilbara–Goldfields region of Western Australia, Cora-Larni was created with purpose, strength, and vision.
The name Cora-Larni comes from her granddaughters, Cora and Melarni — representing the next generation and the responsibility to pass down knowledge, language, culture, and opportunity. Everything this business stands for is grounded in family, future, and community.
Cora-Larni began with humble beginnings — sewing and creating by hand. What started small has grown into a multifaceted Aboriginal-owned business, now delivering artwork, custom design, language resources, and cultural consultancy.
At its core, this journey was about independence.
Mellie-Jane set out to create a life that allowed for flexibility, freedom, and control — not just for herself, but to open doors for her family. Cora-Larni Enterprise was built to create opportunities, to support community, and to show that culture and business can walk side by side.
Today, every piece of work reflects a deep connection to Country, the stories of her people, and the strength that comes from walking in both culture and purpose.
This hasn’t been an easy road — but it’s been a strong one.
Through challenges, growth, and change, one thing has remained the same:
never giving up.
Cora-Larni Enterprise stands as a reflection of resilience, identity, and belief in something greater.
When you engage with Cora-Larni, you’re not just purchasing a product or service —
you’re supporting a 100% Aboriginal-owned business, investing in family, and helping keep culture and language strong for future generations.
This is more than business.
This is story. This is culture. This is Cora-Larni.
